光电功能材料研究团队

团队负责人:

曹永革,教授,松山湖材料实验室透明陶瓷团队负责人,广东省珠江团队带头人,原中国人民大学教授,中科院“百人计划”终期优秀获得者、国家自然科学基金重大研究计划重点支持项目负责人,863项目负责人。发表论文150余篇,引用3300余次。授权专利37项,转化专利11项,转化产值5亿元。

科研方向:

1. 光功能透明陶瓷应用研究:从核心设备到材料工艺的自主研制,制备出大尺寸光学品质达到单晶水平的激光透明陶瓷,原创透明陶瓷技术成果实现转化,通过中科院成果鉴定,院士专家一致认为“整体技术国内外领先”,技术转移转化创造产值5亿元。变革性地利用透明陶瓷荧光体替代传统荧光粉封装LED,突破了LED领域的国际专利限制,实现国内外白光LED封装最高光效,建成国内外第一条透明陶瓷荧光体生产线。

2. 高品质量子点的开发与应用研究:量子点作为新兴的纳米材料,具备制备成本低、尺寸小、低毒、水溶性好、易修饰、光物理性质独特等诸多优点,在发光与照明、医学影像、光热、光动力治疗等领域展现了独有的优势和应用前景。研究组通过明确量子点的结构和发光机制,实现量子点的结构设计和可控发光,建立高质量(即尺寸均匀、结晶度高、分散性好、半峰宽窄、荧光量子产率高)量子点的合成条件和选择模板构效关系,并评估了其在生物成像和白光发光二极管(LED)照明两个领域的应用前景。以量子点为基体材料,通过偶联、掺杂或共载的方式引入其他成像功能模块,如引入Gd、Mn、Lu、64Cu等离子,构建空间布局合理和结构稳定的多功能材料。

3. 新型发光材料的开发与应用研究。本方向主要开展LED用新型发光材料与纳米发光材料的制备与应用研究。探索和发现新材料及其制备方法,对新型稀土纳/微米材料的可控合成、发光特性和表面功能化进行深入研究,深化稀土发光材料调控机理研究,提升材料发光性能,为其在照明、显示等领域的应用提供可靠保障。
